For the first time, Sweetloot is launching a mini tournament in conjunction with the new store opening. Join us for the main event at our Grand Opening on 17th August 2024!

Street Fighter 6 Mini Tournament Terms and Conditions

Platform

• PC (Steam)

Eligibility

• Participants must be 13 years or older.
• Participants under 18 years old must provide written parental or guardian approval.

Equipment

• XBOX Wireless Controllers will be the default controllers provided to players.
• Participants are allowed to bring their controllers. Controllers must be tournament legal.
• All personal equipment must be compatible with the tournament setup.
• In the event that the player’s controller fails / did not work during the game, the player will need to fallback to the default controller.

Registration and Attendance

• Selected participants must arrive by 12 PM on 17 August 2024.
• Late arrivals will be disqualified and their slots will be given to others.

Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and maintain respectful behavior toward others.
• Any form of cheating, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Character Selection

• Only Launch characters and Year 1 Pass characters are available for this tournament.

Match Rules

The tournament format, including the structure of matches and elimination rounds, will be communicated on the day of the event.

Prizes

• All prizes and gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Warranty on any awarded items will be handled on a case-by-case basis and decided by the organizer.

Decisions

• The organizers’ decisions regarding the tournament and its outcomes are final and binding.
• Any disputes or issues should be brought to the attention of the organizers immediately.

Publicity

By participating, participants consent to the use of their names, images, and likenesses in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Liability

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the tournament. Participants assume all risks associated with their participation.

Privacy

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of the tournament and related promotional activities.

The organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.
