If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
  • Country refers to: Malaysia
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service (referred to as either Goods, Products or Service in this Agreement) refers to goods, products or service that are purchasable on the Website.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Product images, logos, brands, and trademarks displayed on our website are copyrighted material owned by their respective brand owners. These materials are used on our site solely for the purpose of marketing the respective brand’s products. Unless otherwise noted, all other materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written content that appear on this website, hereinafter referred to as “Contents of the Website,” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled, or licensed by us.

Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately. However, it is your responsibility as a user of our website to ensure that you have obtained any necessary permissions or licenses from the respective IP owners before using copyrighted material.

All comments and feedback created, authored, and posted on this Website will remain as our property, and we reserve the right to use the content for analytics, marketing, and any other purpose permissible by law.

Product Images and Information

All product images and information are supplied by the respective brand owners of the Products and are given by way of identification only. Inaccuracies may arise from Product revisions or updates or due to manufacturing processes or typographical errors. We cannot guarantee that the Product images and information are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing Information

We reserve the right to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a Product or Service whose price was incorrectly posted on the site as a result of an error. In the event of such occurrence, we will notify you via email.

Delivery and Charges

Once an order for a Product or Service is made and the payment has been confirmed, We will ship the order within the estimated 1-3 business days using the Your  selected Courier service provider. Where Your selected courier Service provider of your choice is unavailable (e.g service disruptions), We will ship the order with with a different courier Service Provider of our choice. The delivery fee is calculated upon checkout and is the standard rate of our appointed Courier Service Provider. 

The delivery dates provided by Us for the Product(s) are solely estimates and do not constitute a binding part of the contract. While We strives to deliver promptly, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the Product(s) within the estimated delivery time.

Lost and Damages caused by Courier/Delivery Agent

We shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit or upon delivery by the courier/delivery agent. Upon handing over the package to the courier/delivery agent, the responsibility for its safe delivery lies solely with them. We will, however, provide assistance in resolving the issue and initiating a claim with the courier/delivery agent on your behalf.

The courier or delivery agent’s name and tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation once the item has been shipped. Kindly refer to the designated courier or delivery agent for their specific terms and conditions regarding lost or damaged packages. It is essential to review and comply with their terms and conditions to ensure eligibility for a claim. We shall not be held liable for any remaining losses or the inability to make a claim due to non-compliance with the courier or delivery agent’s terms and conditions.

We recommend considering the purchase of shipping insurance to cover the cost of the item. Shipping insurance offers additional protection against loss, theft, or damage during transit. However, please be aware that claims for shipping insurance are also subject to the terms and conditions of the courier or delivery agent providing the insurance coverage. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if you are unable to make a claim under the shipping insurance, including limitations on coverage or claim procedures.

In the event of a lost or damaged package, it is possible that the maximum claim amount provided by the courier or delivery agent or the shipping insurance may not cover the full cost of the item. Any remaining losses or the inability to make a claim beyond the coverage provided by the courier or delivery agent or the shipping insurance shall not be the responsibility of Sweetloot PLT.

We will make every effort to facilitate the claims process by providing the necessary documentation and support. However, please note that the final decision and resolution of the claim rest solely with the courier or delivery agent or the shipping insurance provider.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including the delivery of Products, when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, or any other unforeseen circumstances or causes that are beyond our reasonable control.

Return and Refund Policy

All Goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable except for failed delivery, partial order received or wrong order item received.  The refund amount includes the undelivered Product(s).

The refund for shipping fee paid during the purchase applies only if all of the products from same order are being refunded. If only a few of Products from the same order needs be refunded, then the shipping fee paid during the purchase will not be refunded.

If a wrong order item is received, do not open the Product packaging or use the Product. You will need to contact us via Email at cs [at] sweetloot.my to request for a Return / Refund within 7 calendar days upon receipt of Product. We will revert to you within 3 business days. We will provide you a return Courier waybill (prepaid by Us) to return the Product. You will need to re-pack the Product(s) with adequate protection such as bubble wrap, print the return Courier waybill and stick it to the Parcel and post it at the appointed Courier drop-off point. Upon receipt, We will inspect the returned Product to ensure that We have received it in good condition with the sealed original packaging before We can approve the refund. Once approved, we will refund the amount to the Bank account of your choice within 3 business days.

Product or the Product packaging design may differ from what is advertised due to updates and changes made by the Product Manufacturer, Distributor or Supplier. Changes could include but not limited to different packaging design, change of logo or brand due to rebranding, product color changes and material changes, product features and specifications. These changes will not qualify for a Return / Refund.

Where the product is successfully delivered but is missing components / parts or defective or damaged on arrival (DOA), You will need to contact us via Email at cs [at] sweetloot.my to request for a Return / Replacement within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the Product. We will revert to you within 3 business days. We will provide you a return Courier waybill (prepaid by Us) to return the Product. You will need to re-pack the Product(s) with adequate protection such as bubble wrap to ensure that the Product will be safely returned, print the return Courier waybill and stick it to the Parcel and post it at the appointed Courier drop-off point. Upon receipt, We will inspect the returned Product to ensure that We have received it in good condition with the sealed original packaging before We can approve the replacement. Once approved, we will send the replacement product within 14 business days. Should the replacement product is not readily available, We will provide you an option to get a full refund or wait for the replacement product to be available.

If the Product is reported defective or damaged after 7 days upon receipt of Product, then the specific product Warranty terms and condition by the product Brand or Distributor/Supplier would apply.

Under no circumstances should You disassemble or attempt to make any repairs to the product yourself or involve a third party, unless explicitly authorized by SweetLoot PLT during the warranty period. It is crucial to understand that any unauthorized disassembly or attempt to repair the product will unequivocally void the warranty. Therefore, once the warranty is voided due to unauthorized disassembly or repair attempts, SweetLoot PLT holds no obligations or liabilities to provide warranty service for the product.

Order Cancellation Policy

You will need to contact us via Email at cs [at] sweetloot.my to request for a Cancellation before the order is Shipped. Order cancellation is not allowed once order has been shipped out. 

Order Cancellation for Custom / Pre-Build / Computer (PC) Packages are not allowed.

For other products, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the order payment method.

FPX / Credit Card / Debit Card / EWallet Transaction: 3% of the order amount or RM1 whichever is higher.
PayLater / Pace / GRAB PayLater / Transaction: 6% of the order amount or RM1 whichever is higher.
Credit Cards Instalment Payment Transaction: 7% of the order amount or RM1 whichever is higher.

We will provide the bank account details to You via Email for the cancellation fee to be paid. The order will be cancelled once we have received the payment receipt from you via Email and we will refund the order amount to your Bank Account within 7 working days.

Custom PC / PC Packages / PC Assembly Services

Custom PC will require 1 week lead time before the order can be shipped / collected. PC Packages and PC Assembly services (all parts provided) will require an estimated 2-5 days before the order can be shipped / collected. Additional days may be required during high volume period. To ensure quality of your PC order and fairness to other customers, request expedite the shipment / collection will not be entertained.

Upgrade of components means the advertised base specification component will be replaced with your selected components. You will not receive the component which is in the advertised base specification when you choose to upgrade, eg. stock CPU Cooler, Fans, Power Supply Unit, etc.

Add on of components means you are adding on additional component to the advertised base specification.

To ensure a fair and secure environment for all users, strict adherence to the following guidelines is mandatory:

Compliance with Laws: You must fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations while accessing or utilizing our website and services.

Prohibited Activities: Any engagement in unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities that may disrupt or compromise the integrity of Our website, services, or the experience of other users is strictly forbidden.

Respect for Others: You must demonstrate utmost respect for the rights, privacy, and intellectual property of others. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials will not be tolerated.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and ensuring their accounts are not exploited for unauthorized purposes.

Prohibition of Spam: You must refrain from sending unsolicited or unauthorized commercial communications, spam, or any form of automated or deceptive messages.

Prohibition of Malware: You must not upload or distribute any content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful or destructive elements that could compromise the functionality of the website or jeopardize the security of other users.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or making purchases on our website.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action, as deemed appropriate by SweetLoot PLT.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, without respect to its conflict of law principles. Our Products are controlled and operated from Malaysia, and we make no representations that they are appropriate and or available for use in other locations.

Limitation of Liability

By accessing our website, you assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risk that your computer, software, or data may be damaged by any virus transmitted by this website or by any Third-Party Content or Third-Party Website. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions, and claims (whether express or implied) arising out of or in any way connected with this website are hereby excluded. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify Sweetloot PLT for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses whatsoever suffered by any person or entity arising out of or in any way connected with your access to this website.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Sweetloot PLT, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Us harmless from and against any and all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses and other damages of any kind whatsoever (including attorneys’ and experts’ fees), incurred by Us and such parties, and shall defend Us and such parties against any and all claims arising out of (1) Your breach of these Terms and Use; (2) Your breach of the Terms of Service; (3) fraud You commit, or your intentional misconduct or gross negligence; or (4) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
